CRAMPING: This is just neurological confusion aka your hamstring does not know how to function in this ROM. Start with 10 second holds and progress.

LIFT OFFs
Here we are teaching the hamstring to pull itself in and out of that end range. Start with 10 reps and progress with more sets and or reps.
