Try to build up to 2-3 Rounds of PAILs/RAILs with 30-60 seconds of quality breathing in between. Aim for at least a minute of quality breathing after your last round.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When cueing move from the sacrum/arch the lower back/ extend the lumbar..... do not lose the tension in your core. While keeping the abs tight tilt the pelvis anteriorly. When done properly the stretch should increase within the hamstring.
