Chicken Manchow Soup 🍜
Ingredients :
1tsp Garlic
1tsp Ginger
1/2tsp Green Chilli
1tbsp Cabbage
1/2tbsp Carrot
1/2 Cup Chicken
1tbsp Tomato
250ml Chicken Stock
1tsp Light Soya Sauce
1tsp White Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1tbsp Tofu
Salt as per taste
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tsp Sugar
Cornflour Slurry - 1tbsp Cornflour + 2tbsp Water
2tbsp Egg White
1tbsp Spring Onion Greens
Method :
1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Add ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute for few seconds.
3. Add cabbage and carrot. Saute for few seconds.
4. Add chicken. Cook till chicken turns white.
5. Add tomato. Cook till tomatoes turn soft.
6. Add chicken stock, light soya sauce, white pepper powder, chicken powder, tofu, salt as per taste, dark soya sauce, sugar. Mix well & bring to a boil.
7. Add cornflour slurry. Mix well and cook till it thickens.
8. Add egg white and mix well.
9. Add spring onion greens and mix well.
10. Serve with fried noodles.
