Yu Choy Sum Sauce:
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp sriracha ( or to taste )
1-2 tbsp water ( add slowly )
- I added about 1/4 cup of the salted water I blanched the yu choy sum in, but that is optional!
