Aglaonema
Aglaonema, also called ‘Chinese evergreens’, are a wonderfully diverse and colourful range of leafy plants that are native to tropical and sub tropical areas in Asia. Their foliage can be striking mottled mixtures of red, pink, silver, green, yellow or cream and can be used to bring life and colour to your home! You can plant them in shaded parts of the garden too, provided you live in a warm frost-free climate.

This plant can survive in a low humidity environment, but it will thrive with higher humidity levels. Mist the leaves regularly to raise the humidity, especially during the drier winter months. This plant prefers temperatures in the 60's and 70's. Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
