For the ingredients:
Leche flan
9 Large Egg yolks
1 whole Egg
1can 380g Angel Condensada
1 1/2cup Angel Evaporated Filled milk
1/2tsp. Lemon Flavor
1tbsp. Vanilla
Sugar For caramelize in Pan
For Whipping Cream
2 Can ( 410ml. ) per can of Angel Kremdensada
(Note Chilled Overnight)
200g. Graham Crakers
Procedure :
Lecheflan
1. Pour the sugar 1 1/2tbsp. in each Medium size Llaneras, then heat over medium flame until it Caramelized. set aside
2. in a bowl, mix the rest ingredients together. strain twice.
3. Pour to Llaneras. cover with aluminum foil.
4.Cook in the steamer for 1hour and 10minutes until it firm. in Low heat
5.Let cool and set aside
To assemble:
1. tranfer the Angel Kremdensada in a bowl.
Using electric mixer,whisk or stand mixer, whip Angel Kremdensada in Low to medium no. 3 speed for 3minutes, scraping the bowl After each minute.
2 Lay Graham crackers on the bottom of 750ml. plastic container..Add a layer of whipped cream. repeat until you make two layers of whipped cream and Graham finishing with whipped cream.
3. Remove Leche flan from the Llanera and place it on top of the graham layer cake.
4. chill for 6hours or Overnight.
