400g soft tofu / silken tofu
100 g chanterelles mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
100 g mushrooms
1 green onions
4 garlic cloves
one small piece of ginger
2 tbsp broad bean chili sauce
2 tsp sichuan peppercorns
200 ml vegetarian stock or water
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch,3 tbsp water
