STAR INTERVIEW METHOD EXPLAINED (EXAMPLES INCLUDED)

In this video I explain the star interview method clearly and simply with a strong example answer to the tough interview question 'talk me through a time you faced a challenge at work'. I share an effective answer using the star method. The STAR method is an acronym for Situation Task Action Result.
When answering this question, it's much easier to ensure your answer will include a strong example where you describe the situation (what happened), the task (what needed to be done), the action (what you did / the steps you took), and the result (what happened, what was the outcome, either on yourself, team, colleagues, customers or clients in the business). This is also a great method if you struggle with tough interview questions and answers.
