🔸 Seasonings - salt

🔸1/2 chopped tomato
🔸2 spoons of tomato puree
🔸 2 medium sized red onions
🔸1 small red onion
🔸1 red bell pepper
🔸1 garlic cloves
🔸6 scotch bonnet peppers
🔸2 large ginger
🔸Meat - lamb paya/beef skin/beef stomach
