Join us for a captivating talk with Thomas Eckschmidt as he shares his personal journey to find his own great place to work. From a simple and direct approach to search for his professional path, he shares a powerful shift. Instead of labeling problems on the outside, to avoid repeating mistakes, an opposite approach could have saved a lot of time. Being labeled at a job backpacker vas initially a strong hit, and ultimately the best wakeup call.
A smith will never work well with wood as well as a carpenter will not work well with steel, it does not mean they do not have talents, it does not mean the problem is at the outside, maybe we are at the wrong place for what we carry in our toolbox. Get inspired by the insights of this talk and accelerate your professional and personal success with this approach.
