RIDE SUMMARY: This video captures just some of the 35 days I spent on the island of Flores as I cycled my way across Indonesia from east to west. I entered the island by catching a ferry from West Timor and I left the island on a ferry heading for Sumbawa. I found Flores to be an incredibly challenging place to explore by bicycle (because of the mountainous terrain) but it was also one of the most rewarding (because of the interactions with the beautiful local people).
