Friends, today I am sharing 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗺'𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗷𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲. અંજીર પાકની રેસીપી अंजीर पाक की रेसीपी. This Anjir Pak recipe I have seen at Khadim's shop in Mangrol town of Gujarat. I found it interesting and thats why I am sharing recipe of this very delicious dessert with you. The method of preparation of this Anjir Pak is unique and worth trying. This is also useful in Faral & Vrat during svan month. I hope you would love this recipe to try at home.

150 grams Anjir, अंजीर
1.5 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
1 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
250 grams roasted Mawa, खोया
50 grams Sugar, चीनी
1 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
Chopped Cashews, काजू
1 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
Almond Slices, बादाम की कतरी
