Hello everyone 💕

Welcome to the 3rd workout of our Pilates x Strength challenge!

Today we will be working on defining our abdominals to build some muscle, and start burning belly fat! 🔥

We will start standing with some oblique work, then move into side lying to fire up our core and oblique muscles even more! Moving into a supine position we have a series that will target your deep core muscles ✨ and finishing in plank for a total ab burn!!
