In this case, I show the nurses what I describe as "Method no. 3"; That means using one piece of the sliding sheet - folding it - and roll the patient´s weight onto the sheet before moving the body sideways or assisting the patients own movements sideways.

I was asked by the audience if it is possible to work alone with the patient and move her sideways. I explain how this is possible with only one tissue - using Method no. 3.
