澄粉 50g

中筋麵粉 600g
糖漿 400g
生油 80g
碱水 1 茶匙 {雪鹼水}


Stuffing Ingredients:
Yield 20 mooncakes, 150g each

500g Dried Coconuts
350ml Coconut Cream
200g Sweet Rice Flour
50g Wheat Starch
100g Sesame seeds
400g Sugar
200g Oil
