Squid Game - Boot Camp Workout Ideas for Instructors

This is a boot camp game I created after the hit tv series Squid Game. For those that have seen the series the game will be very self explanatory but for those that haven't I will set the scene.

In episode 1 of season one there is a scene where all participants have to move from one end of a room to another without being spotted by a giant creepy doll. Anyone who is seen moving in eliminated. When the doll says "Green light" people can move. When it turns around and says "Red Light" everyone needs to freeze.

So as a fun game in your boot camp area, select an exercise and use the same format. I tell my members if I spot them moving once I shout Red Light they have to perform a burpee before we continue. Here I show 2 rounds with 2 varied exercises. You can be creative with this workout and gets a great reaction from everyone.
