World Cup Long Race Analysis with Jónás Ferenc

Feri is one of the runners I had a chance to watch for many years. I always admired his dedication, ambition, awareness and confidence. I was very happy for him when he got his gold on EYOC, one of my favorite memories.
Today I'm sitting down with him to analyze the race. In this video you get to see the first part of this meeting, although we took around 2h to go through the whole course. Try to register the level of detail and the critical way of thinking which is crucial for self-development. Enjoy! :)
