In 2017, Czech alpinists Marek Holeček and Zdeněk Hák made the first ascent in alpine-style. Climbed through the south-west face of Gasherbrun I. in Karakoram. Here is the report of Marek Holeček, who underwent four attempts for this ascent in previous years and the fifth, which was successful. Marek and Zdeněk climbed a new route in eight days and called it Satisfaction!
