INGREDIENTS
-3-4Cups water
-1Kilo chicken intestine (cleaned by squeezing it out and washed three times with running water and strained)
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-sliced ginger about the size of 1head garlic
-2pcs sliced onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1 and 1/2Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-3pcs dried bay leaves
-3Tbsp vinegar
-water used to boil the chicken intestine (add more as needed)
