Quadrajet Power - APT system description and adjustment

The internal adjustable part throttle, or APT system is described. Modification to the air horn to allow easy access for adjustments. This internal APT was on most Quadrajets from 1976 to 1989 and allows fine tuning during part throttle or cruising speeds.
