This video contains two matches I had with the recently released LV1 Over.on on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 600 cost general with good mobility, instant knockdown ability, multiple stagger options, a boost fire capable shotgun, great melee damage and a unique low HP buff which gives a massive damage boost alongside temporarily debuffing enemy melee. Its weaknesses would be poor ballistic resistance and a lack of good midrange damage/stun tools. This suit feels really fun, powerful in close range but balanced enough to not be overbearing. Its primary weapon is a beam rifle with 2350 (2200x2) power, 6 ammo, 4.5 seconds cooldown, 15 seconds reload, 0.77 seconds swap time, 400m (450m) range, 2 seconds focus time and 20% (65%x2) stagger value. This has short cooldown and fairly good damage. Uncharged shots instant stagger, charged shots do not instant stagger but have great stagger accumulation
Its primary melee weapon is a beam saber with 2300 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and standard modifiers. This has mediocre power on its own, but it can start to deal more damage than you expect thanks to the various damage boosting skills that this suit has.
Its first sub weapon is a head vulcan gun with 180 power, 30 ammo, 450 RPM, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 second swap time, 250m range, 1350 DPS and 5% stagger value. This isn't really practical to stagger with but it has long range and good DPS, making it good for finishing off enemies with.
Its second sub weapon is a shield heat scissor with 2000 power, 2 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 70% combo modifier and 160% downswing modifier. This has seemingly low power at first, but it can deal incredible amounts of damage thanks to its modifiers and buffs from the suits skills. Normal swings instantly knock down.
Its third sub weapon is a diffusion beam cannon with 350x4x2 power, 75%x2 heat, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 13 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 200m range and 20%x4x2 stagger value. This can be fired while boosting and can deal up to 160% stagger value, making it really powerful for closing the distance before a melee combo.
Its fourth sub weapon is a shield high mega cannon with 1500x5 power, 100% heat, 60 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 450m range, 7 seconds focus time and 50%x5 stagger value. This has a long overheat and focus time, but it can deal incredible damage. It instant staggers, pierces and deals all of this damage in a much shorter amount of time compared to other similar weapons.

The LV1 Over.on has 135 walk speed, 220 boost speed, 75 thrust and 81 turning speed. This is pretty good mobility that is made even better by it having LV3 Forced Injectors, it also gets LV2 Flight Control.
In terms of durability it has 19000 HP, 16 ballistic resistance and 25 beam/melee resistance. This is decent enough bulk but nothing special considering its size, low ballistic resistance and a lack of leg buffers means that it has some obvious holes in its defence to exploit. It has LV1 Active Guard, LV2 Emergency Evasion and LV1 Maneuver Armor for defensive skills. It also gets a 30% damage reduction shield buffer and 15% reduction back buffer.
It has access to a one time use special skill called Grimoire (White) once it drops to 50% HP. This boosts melee and ranged modifier by +30, reduces melee damage taken by 40% and adds resistance to normal melee staggers for 60 seconds. Furthermore, enemies within about 100m of you boost 50% slower and swing their melee weapons 50% slower for 5 seconds, but this only applies when it initially activates.
It has another unique skill called Melee Battle Optimizer. This reduces melee swap time by 30% as long as the weapon you had equipped before was melee.
It also has LV1 Counter Boost and LV1 Pursuit Melee Aux Program which can further boost damage, offering theoretically ludicrous melee output if you can use them and the Grimoire at the same time.

Overall I feel that the Over.on will be strong, but not overpowered. Unlike 4 star generals like the Perfect Gundam, it seems to have reasonable weaknesses to make up for how strong it is in close range. This thing is kinda mediocre if you are forced to shoot, but can be very powerful if it can stay in close range where it can use its shotgun and highly damaging melee. I can definitely recommend rolling for it if you like melee heavy generals, but you could just use something like MP Nu Gundam instead if you want an all rounder that can go between melee and shooting.
