I talk about sex on this channel all the time. But exactly is sex? How do you define it?

The truth is that having sex means different things to different people. There's no one or "correct" way to define it. That's one of the many reasons that communicating clearly and openly about sex is important.

When we know what we do and don't want sexually, how to take care of our bodies and how to talk to others about what sex means to us, we're far more likely to enjoy happy and healthy sexual experiences.
