Bay window curtain pole - (Dunelm Ashton 4m Eyelet Metal Bay Pole) Fitting & Custom fit

When I was asked to fit a Metal Bay window curtain pole. Especially a Dunelm Eyelet type, I couldn't say no. I wanted to see just how it fits in today's modern houses and just how they get around those bends.

Pleased to do this for one of my daughters and her partner. It was great to be able to custom make the extra bends and make it truly a bespoke job. The end result was lovely and we'll worth taking more time to get that brilliant look - The ends like a straight pole with the benefit of going into a bay.

What we did, could be done with two kits. However, I would be wary of the jointing in between the two corners or bends. So if you're less confident with my method. You could joint them. But I would tap a screw in behind to stop any twisting.
