Chicken Tikka Handi Recipe - چکن تکا ہانڈی - Flavourful Chicken Tikka Handi Recipe in Urdu/Hindi

This recipe is one of personal favourites and the chicken turns out very creamy and flavourful and goes well with rice or with naan bread.

I have used oven to bake the chicken, but you can also cook it in a pan with a lid on.

Ingredients:
½ kg boneless chicken cut in cubes
5-6 tbsp double cream
3 tbsp yoghurt
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 red onion
2 tbsp tomato puree
4 tomatoes chopped
1 brown onion sliced
1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste

2 sets of spices (one for marinade and one for masala):
½ tsp salt
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp chicken tikka masala

Garnish with kasuri methi and garam masala
