For the Curry

Bayleaf – 1no
Cinnamon(1” piece) – 2nos
Green cardamom – 3nos
Black cardamom – 1no
Cloves – 3nos
Cumin – 1½ tsp
Onion sliced – 2cups
Garlic Chopped – 1tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1tbsp
Green chilli – 1no
Kashmiri chilli powder – 2tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1½ tbsp
Curd – 2tbsp
Tomato sliced – 4cups
Salt
Kasoori methi powder – a pinch
Garam masala – a pinch
Coriander chopped – a handful

For Mushrooms -
Oil – 1tbsp
Butter – 1tbsp
Mushrooms diced – 2cups
Matar – 1½ cups
Salt
