Today, for once, we’re not in Switzerland. We’re somewhere in the UK, not too far from London, and we’re about to visit an important British brand, one of the few long-established watchmakers on the Island, Bremont. Founded by Nick and Giles English in 2002, Bremont quickly became one of the few large-scale watchmakers on UK soil.

Bremont is widely known for its pilots and military watches that have been issued to so many special forces or squadrons over the years. This strongly influenced the production of watches at Bremont, most of them being focused on exploration, diving or being a tool for a mission.

Things are changing at Bremont, which now has a new CEO in the name of Davide Cerrato. And he has a vision for the brand. While making sure to keep the relationship with military forces as strong as possible, Cerrato has presented new collections recently at Watches and Wonders, as well as a new visual language for the brand.

In this conversation with Bremont's CEO Davide Cerrato, we'll be looking at what represents Bremont, what it stands for, and explore Cerrato's new strategy and new collections... But mostly, we'll also try to answer questions the collectors might have regarding the evolution of the brand, including the new logo, the topic of the Trip-Tick case and what to expect in the future.
