Robert Pack is a master batmaker based in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. He has been making bats for over 3 decades now, and has been involved at some international brands such as Kookaburra and Puma.

Here he shapes up a bat based on the old Puma Ballistic profile, and talks us through podshaving techniques and his thinking behind the profile.
