In this video, I go over a technique we've seen come up a couple of times in OUR SERIES IN THE DOJO where SSOL and I interview established music producers in the dance music scene. When I FIRST learned this technique it really did blow my mind in how simple it was but how big of a difference it made in a bunch of my tracks. The idea of this trick is to make sure to quantize your drum loops and then apply a swing that can add cohesiveness to all your drums.

When using drum loops from different companies it can get really tricky in realizing if some contain swings that other's dont.
