Goalkeeper - Conor O'Keefe

Handling; Warm-up with Rebound Board, & volleys from alternate servers.
Handling & Footwork; Volleys with footwork over hurdles
Handling and Low saves; volley and low save combo, progressing to footwork over hurdles and punishment for ball displacement
High Saves; Volley, footwork, and high save from Rebound Board
Crosses & Strikes; Hurdles, medium-save, cross and shot from edge
Angled Strikes; Volley before 6 consecutive angled strikes, with a post-touch in between

Goalkeeper Sessions is a series dedicated to the training I undertake to improve my ability as a goalkeeper. Every catch, every mistake. No editing, no music, no pretence. Just hard work.
