This upper body workout is going to help you build a strong chest and back, plus improve your posture! Having solid and well-balanced chest and back muscles is an important part of good posture, as well as making everyday tasks that come up in life even easier! In this workout I have combined 5 exercises for the back and 5 for the chest, so we can get strong, make everyday life tasks easier, and build better posture!

30 MINUTE CHEST & BACK WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 40lbs / 7 - 18kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 50 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.

2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
5 FOCUSED ON BACK MUSCLES
5 FOCUSED ON CHEST MUSCLES
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 90 SECONDS
