Onigirazu is so easy and fun to prepare. You can basicly put any ingredients you like or you can find in your fridge and just fold it (as long as it's not too watery). It's very simple and delicious gimbap sandwich or sushi sandwich. It's great for lunchbox, picnic, or friends gathering!

1 sheet sushi nori
1 fried eggs
1 slice of cheese
1 slice of tomato
1 piece of butter lettuce
1/2 tuna in cane mixed with 1 tsp mayo
3 tbsp cauliflower rice
