450 grams Chicken Mince
2 medium Onions, chopped
5 to 6 Green Chillies chopped
2-inches, Ginger, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 whole Egg
2 slices of Bread
1/2 tsp Paprika/red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Peppercorns, crushed
1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Juice of 1/2 a sour lime
1/2 Coriander leaves
2 tsp Oil for cooking

For Frying Croquettes
1 Egg
Breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying
