Aloha! Thanks for watching! Give a thumbs up and subscribed if you want to see more videos! Here is the basics that I shop for as a plant based vegan made doable ! I try to shop locally and in season as much as possible and one day I would love to have my own garden but having a wholesale place to shop like costco is what is doable at this point and is fantastic and its doing wonders for myself and my family!

Oh yes and when I say teaspoon of molasses, i mean table spoon and when I saw brussel sprouts I mean alfalfa spouts! sorry about that haha!

This week I also bought more lettuce, onions, cabbage, potatoes, nori sheet, sweet potatoes, rice paper sheets, chili paste and more mangos!

I forgot to include corn pasta, potatoes, rice paper, nori paper, rice, chill paste and maqui powder and frozen bananas :)! Here is a sample list below...
Week Shopping List Example

Bananas bananas more bananas (peel chop and freeze a ton for smoothies and nice cream action)
Fruits of choice preferable in season ex
1-2 watermelon
mangos
of papayas
grapes apples
dates (cooking and medjool) (to make rawnola and monkey balls!)
Frozen fruits
what ever you like!




Vegetables and legumes and Herbs in season
Celery
avocado
Lettuce
Kale
Cucumbers
Baby peas
potatoes (sweet potato and purple are my fav)
squash
whatever you like!




Cupboard Items to have

Green Powder (Enerex is the best!!)
Herbs of choice
Rice
Rice paper sheets
Nori Sushi sheets
coconut sugar
coconut flakes
Maqui powder
Corn or rice cakes
Canned tomatoes
Sweet chili sauce
organic vegan creamer
