30 gr ebi atau udang kering
8 buah jamur shitake
100 gr lobak manis
150 gr sawi asin kering
10 siung bawang merah
10 siung bawang putih
70 ml kecap asin
70 gr gula merah
1 sdt lada
1 sdt kaldu jamur
minyak goreng
1200 ml air
