NO BS university advice *from a McGill Senior* | mindset, friends, change & the secrets to success

Hi lovelies! Its January -- and that means some of you guys are waiting on their university application decisions or starting your next semester at uni. Both of you are here for the same thing, and I'm here to give it to you!

To talk about preparing for university, there is many directions I could go with, but I want to start off with mindset. Intention, gentleness, and self-awareness, are some of the most undervalued qualities in life that play a big role in the make or break.

As I finished off my last semester, I decided to put together this video to share some of the most important lessons I learned during the past 4 years that have really improved my quality of life! When I first joined McGill and moved to Montreal, I felt so lost and struggled to find resources online -- so I created this channel to share my experiences in hopes it will help one of you out :)
