An intermediate vinyasa flow that emphasises a steady attention to your breath and body. A practice to instil calm and focus . Moving at an un rushed pace, explore postures that will engage and challenge your strength & balance. Twists and grounding standing postures that allow you to connect and tune in to yourself and away from any current distractions, stresses or pre occupations that may be leading you to feeling less focused and present.
