This is a 40 Minute Calm & Meditative Vinyasa Yoga practice. Part 15 of the Ground & Center series of classes. Physically, class focuses on mobilising your shoulders, hips and spine while emphasising a steady attention to your breath. A calm, meditative slow flow. Class concludes with alternative nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) and shavasana. Feel more grounded in your body, centered, more present to what's right in front of you. An ideal class if you're feeling at all overwhelmed or stressed or simply would appreciate moving at a meditative and calm pace.
