This video is about very popular South Indian dish called puli Sadham (Tamarind Rice). It is a traditional Tamil Brahmin’s favourite Recipe. It is also known as puliodharai, puli Sadam, Kovil puli Sadham, puli Soru and puliyogare. It is usually served as a “prashad” in temples.
This is a famous lunch box recipe too - good for travel / picnics as It stays fresh even without refrigeration. A preferred dish to have on the special occasion of Baby shower as it satisfies the taste buds of expecting mothers with its excellent tangy & tongue tickling taste.
