Parcl Crypto Airdrop and Solana Defi Farming

Parcl (https://app.parcl.co/) is a decentralized exchange (DEX) on Solana that allows users to invest in real estate markets by speculating on their price movements.

Parcl is currently in its third airdrop season and in this video we will discuss my strategy for participating in this airdrop. We've earned in the upper 4 figures thus far from the first 2 airdrop seasons, and expect this current season to deliver nicely as well.

There are two main ways to earn points on Parcl:
Providing liquidity with USDC: The return is less than 1% per year, and points are earned at about 8 points per dollar per day. I don't recommend this option.

Investing in real estate markets: My main strategy is to choose markets with a daily funding rate of 0.1% or higher (either positive or negative). I use full leverage and have never been at risk of being liquidated. By focusing on the high funding APYs, the amount you can earn balances out most losses you may make since the real estate markets only move a few % up and down over a monthly basis.

Tips:
To ensure you rank well for the airdrop, I recommend you use $1,000 or more since we're already mid-way in the current season
Distribute your funds across 3-4 markets (assuming there are enough that are 0.1% of higher)
Monitor the funding rates at least a few times per week and and move your funds in and out to the markets with high rates
You will most likely lose money from your investment, but the amount earned from the airdrop has more than covered that for me so far (PLEASE DO YOUR OWN DD - past results do not equal future results)
