BUN BO HUE | With Ox Tail and Beef Marrow Bones - How to cook Bun Bo Hue

Welcome back to another cooking video you guys!

I am cooking my all time favorite Vietnamese noodle soup! Bun Bo Hue is definitely one of those hot soups that will make your mouth water!

As I mentioned in the video, I've already recorded a previous Bun Bo Hue video but I took it down because it wasn't as detailed as I wanted it to be. For this new video, I am cooking the broth with the beef marrow and also marinating and frying the ox tails to give it more flavor and texture.

I will show you all everything that I used for the ingredients down to every step that I took to cook the whole pot!
