In this video I have shared how I made mizhaku kozhi varuval. Chicken is consumed as food all over the world. There are millions of chicken recipes around the world. Milagu kozhi is an authentic chicken recipe from Chettinadu in Tamilnadu India. The main ingredient in this recipe is black pepper.
Ingredient:
Masala powder
Coriander seeds 2 tablespoon
Black pepper 2 tablespoon
Red dry chillies 5 to 6
Cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala 2 tablespoon
Garlic and ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Small onions 10
Large onion 🧅 2
Tomato 🍅 2
Tumeric powder
Oil
Slay to taste
