🇸🇷 Food & The Single Guy - S.09.08 - Blaka Ai Pesie Moksie Alesie

On this episode: a staple dish from my country's Black cuisine! Black-eyed peas cooked with rice, some salted beef and some pig tails!

Ingredients:
- 400 grams of rice
- 1 liter of water
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 400 grams of tenderized salted beef
- 400 grams of tenderized pig tails
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200 grams of black-eyed peas
- 3 cooking spoons of coconut oil
- 2 chicken stock cubes (or salt) to taste
- black pepper
- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper
- fresh parsley
- pickled limes (or pickled cucumber or hot sauce)
