Ingredients:
- the bita w'wiri greens
- droplet of oil
- smoked chicken
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 large tomato
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper
- 1 can of coconut milk
- about 450 grams of white rice
- about 450 ml. of water
- ripe plantains (optional)
- hot sauce (optional)
- pickled cucumber (optional
- pickled limes (optional)
