A soul will have one Female God (Devi), Male God (Deva) and one Guru. Without a Guru, a soul will not get mukti/moksha. Hence it is very essential to have a Guru in life.
Leading life without a Guru is a biggest sin/paapa. A Guru can correct a person and can make a person to walk in noble path.

Tantra: Ishta Devata Chakra Aradhana
Perform this on Amavasya and poornima days.

Procedure:
Write Rashi Chakra on floor with rangoli.
Keep photo of respective lords.
Light 12 diyas to each rashi.
Do puja as per your ability. Keep 5 types of fruits and dry fruits as offering to Gods. Keep beetle leaf and beetle nuts. Give water, milk and juice.
Pray and do circumambulate 12 rounds to the chakra.
