Today we'll be looking at the true Veterans of the Long War, the Black Legion! Having been blessed by the dark gods with one of the best battleforce boxsets in all of 10th Edition Warhammer 40k, these guys are ready to take the field by storm & make their warmaster proud

They're a contender for the best armies in 10th edition & this detachment review will try to settle that by covering all their special rules, enhancements & strategems. I've found a few combos & put together a few army list for both competitive & casual play - which is crazy considering how powerful the Chaos Space Marine legions have been so far. Which do YOU think will be the best CSM army?

Abaddon the Despoiler, one of the most powerful figures in 40k lore, is leading his horde of elite Black Legion Terminators to help tear down the Imperium once & for all. While Black Legion has always been strong the new VotLW detachment rules are some of the most solid & well-rounded in all of 10th edition wh40k.

With the new CSM codex almost officially released I'm excited to take a closer look at some of the options we're now getting access to for this point of 10th edition Warhammer 40k. I'm hopeful to go over each & every detachment as time goes on, from the Renegade Raiders, Deceptors, Fellhammer Siege-Host, Chaos Cults, Soulforged Warpack & everything in-between!

While mainly focused on tournament & competitive play, all of these tips should be applicable to casual/garagehammer as well. I'm working on getting some battle reports & hopefully even some 40k lore videos, as well as a final Chaos Space Marine tier list & codex ranking in the near future though hit me up if you have any suggestions! I'm hoping one day I can get to the 'same level' as Auspex Tactics or Art of War etc!
