For batter-

1. 1 cup semolina
2. ½ cup curd
3. 1 cup water
4. ¾ tsp salt
5. 1 tsp green chilly paste

For podi masala-

1. 1.5 tsp oil
2. ¼ cup chickpeas dal
3. ¼ cup white lentil
4. 1 tbsp rice
5. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
7. 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
8. 7-8 black peppercorn
9. 1 tsp salt
10. 1 tsp dry mango powder
11. 1-2 tsp jaggery
12. 2-3 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
13. ½ tsp asafoetida

For chutney-

1. 1/3 cup chopped fresh coconut
2. 2 chopped green chilly
3. 2-3 tbsp roasted chickpeas
4. 1`/2 tsp salt
5. ¼ tsp asafoetida
6. 1 cup coriander leaves
7. ¼ cup water

For making uttapam-
Chopped tomato,capsicum,coriander leaves,green chilly
Podi masala ,chat masala,ghee
