Kids Kick It!! This workout focuses on front kicks and rounds kicks. Repetition makes your kicks stronger, so repeat and repeat again!

Disclaimer: Make sure you are set up in a clean and safe space, free from clutter. No toys on the floor, no furniture close by, no young kids or pets running around. Parents should supervise their children while doing these workouts. These workouts are at your own discretion and risk. Stretch really good beforehand, during, and after. And drink lots of water!
