DIY - Cheap Leather Honing Machine. Quick, Easy Razor Sharp Knives and Chisels.

I use a mini grinder/polisher and my homemade leather honing wheel to make a honing machine for carving knives and chisels. The process is very easy and I am very pleased with the results.

The Leather Honing wheel cost me £12.10 for the 4mm vegetable tan leather including delivery from eBay. Two 12" x 4" strips. I had the rest of the gear in my garage. The Mini Grinder was £33.79 from Amazon UK. I will put a link below.
