Cheese Burst Bread Pizza🍞🧀

For the Pizza Sauce :-
🥫Oil- 2tbsp
🥫Garlic- 1tbsp
🥫Tomato Puree- 400gm
🥫Salt & Pepper to taste
🥫Oregano- 1tsp
🥫Mixed Herbs- 1/2tsp
🥫Chilli Flakes- 1tsp
🥫Sugar- 2tsp
🥫Basil Leaves
🥫Rosemary- 1sprig
Heat oil in a pan & saute some garlic, once it turns nice golden brown, add in tomato puree.
⁠For the seasoning add some salt & pepper & let the sauce cook for 10 minutes.
⁠Add in all the other seasonings along with crushed basil leaves & rosemary.
⁠Once the sauce has slightly thickened, turn off the heat & let it cool down.

For the Cheese Sauce :-
🧀Cheese- 3cubes
🧀Milk- 100ml
🧀Butter- 1tbsp
Using double boiling method, add cheese, milk & butter in a bowl & continuously stir until the cheese melt.
⁠This will nearly take about 5-7mins.
⁠Once the cheese is completely melted & everything has come together, then take it off the heat & let it cool down.

Assemble :-
Take a bread slice & trim off the edges.
⁠Roll it out really thin.
⁠Now take another bread slice & spread in cheese sauce.
⁠Enclose with thin bread & press it on the edges.
⁠Apply pizza sauce on top along with onion & lot of mozzarella cheese.
⁠Then top it will all your favourite veggies. I have added bell pepper, sweet corn & mushroom.
⁠Bake in an air-fryer at 180°C for 8-10 mins. Let the cheese nicely golden brown.
⁠Sprinkle some chilli flakes & cut it into half.
⁠Serve it hot & Enjoy♥️
