Cheese corn ball with more nutritious- Palak & Chola🍃🧀
Air-fried to perfection! & high in protein🤌🏻😋

Ingredients :-
🧀1/2 bunch Spinach
🧀1/2cup sweet corn
🧀5pcs garlic
🧀1cup boiled chickpea
🧀Salt & Pepper to taste
🧀1tsp chilli flakes
🧀2tbsp sattu/besan
🧀1/4cup mozzarella cheese
🧀1/2cup bread crumbs
Boiled spinach for 2 minutes. Dip it in ice water to retain it’s colour.
⁠Squeeze out the excess water & add spinach to a blender along with sweet corn, garlic & chole. Blend it finely.
⁠Add it to a bowl, in goes spices & sattu. Mix it nicely.
⁠Grate mozzarella cheese & make round balls.
⁠Take a portion, flatten it out & add cheese balls. Make tight round balls.
⁠Coat them nicely in bread crumbs.
⁠Line them in an air-fryer & brush oil to it.
⁠Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Flip in between.
⁠Serve it hot with a dip of choice & Enjoy this delicious cheese pull😀
